Too many incompatibilities to make it work: NO GO with Zoom
Our group signed up to use Zoom for a one-time 40 minute session. Immediately we started having trouble: One member couldn't make it work on her phone, and she doesn't have a computer. Another's computer doesn't have a camera, so no go. Yet another asked me to do a trial run with her, so we "connected" on a one-on-one basis; as soon as her computer got into the waiting room my computer froze completely, so I had to reboot the computer. I have to agree with the others
I have to agree with the others, there is no customer service. I've left 4 messages in the past 3 days as well as 4 emails. I would love to use the online support but since my account is frozen (That's the problem, I can't access my account) I can't get into the support only a bot which is useless. I've never been so frustrated dealing with any company than I have with zoom. I hope this helps someone before they make the mistake of going with them

Zoom Support doesn‘t exists
Zoom is a Good Tool, but the Support is not existing. Even after 6 weeks of an urgent request of a paíd licence, I never got an answer. I will look for an another Solution.

Only worth the free tier / AVOID all paid tiers due to terrible customer service
It took over a month for anyone to answer my queries and issues. There is no point waiting to speak to anyone over the phone or live chat as all they do is defer to another department - I've been waiting to hear from Billing for THREE weeks.For a company that is profiting massively off of the current global situation you'd think they'd be better able to put the massive increase in funds to good use. terrible customer support…
terrible customer support (non-existent), when we had to upgrade the webinar feature to 1000 attendees, there was no feature to select "no auto-renew" as we only need to upgrade for 1 month, then tried several times to reach out the support to downgrade the option back to the original plan I signed up, I had a reply from someone in support team and promised the downgrade has been done and there won't be new charge for my upgrade plan. little did I know, the support guy did NOTHING to cancel ...

Non-existent human support. Bot is useless and refuses to put you through until you log in. And if I can't log in?
