Good luck trying to contact the non…

Good luck trying to contact the non existing support centre!! I'be been reporting an urgent problem for several days every day and no response whatsoever. Is this the kind of service you are providing to your paying customers? Seriously, with hundreds of thousand of new customers that this covid crisis brought to you, can you not spare some money to hire decent support team and provide the service we are paying you for??!

Paid for a pro account and was never…

Paid for a pro account and was never given access. After 2 months, 3 tickets, hours of wasted time on the phone, and a PayPal dispute I still have had absolutely no response. I have discontinued my plan and sold my stocks. I refuse to support this company.

My wife and daughter were using this…

My wife and daughter were using this program on a teaching online glasses during lock down, when the screen went black then a man abusing a under age girl video appeared,now my 9 year old can't eat ,crying shaking and can't sleep in her own bed. For the last 3 nights. Don't advice using.

Recording stuck 'processing'. Customer support withdrawn.

Appalling company! Total absence of customer service. In pandemic the message is, if you pay for Pro, you won't be able to get support! What planet are they on? It's 2020. Your competitors are coming up fast and you cannot afford to take this attitude with customers. If you can't cope, sell it to somebody who can because you have customers who need support NOW, not robots and a total lack of service. Terrible, non-existent customer service

Terrible, actually non-existent, customer service. I bought a plan that would allow me to host up to 100 participants. I found out that this was not enough so I chose an ‘add-on’ to host up to 500 participants. Zoom gladly took the extra money and they have gladly renewed my monthly subscription at the higher rate but they never gave me the added service I requested. Zoom - untrustworthy (borderline illegal) billing practices for accounts not based in the USA! Despite multiple attempts (calls, support tickets, emails) no response whatsoever from anyone at Zoom! Regardless of Covid-19 demand (an excuse!) it is appalling that this company is able to get away with consumer practices.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. They take away features that you are already paying for. Can't get support other than web-based support now, and the web-based support doesn't match up with the current platform. Waiting nearly a week for a response to problems that need resolved ASAP prior to our next class. Great tool for family meetings, but that's about it. Don't waste your money if you need professional results.

If it works fine...if something wrong...

If it works, fine...one of the actor of digital conference, not much.If something wrong, you screwed. I recorded few meeting and they never encoded them...certainly a bug. A lost few hours of important recording and customer service does not exists at Zoom. Just basic tech ! Impossible in 2020. I will opt for real solution with real customer service.

Going downhill. Fast.

My company has been using Zoom for a few years prior to COVID and things were working. Since the lockdown, it has been horrendous. Clients cannot dial in, at times they are refusing to use Zoom due to security concerns; but also the sound isn’t clear, the mobile app crashes and hangs all the time. In short, it’s become totally unusable. We are ramping up on alternative offerings.

I heard that zoom can be hijacked! But I would report abusive people in zoom! But they are working on it.
