Works like a charm every time!

I think zoom is great! It's very easy to use for beginners, and has advanced functionality for those that want to do more.

If the meeting is not that important, then use Zoom

If the meeting is not that important , and you really don't care if the attendees can join or hear, and if you really could care less if the meeting suddenly ends prematurely and without warning, then by all means use Zoom. Otherwise, use a different conferencing service, So far two out of five meeting I have been asked to attend using Zoom have ended without warning and I wasn't even able to join this mornings meeting. I sure hope my 1 PM meeting with my health care professional goes ...

Terrible customer service with ZOOM

I share the same that most mention here, terrible customer support. We are a foundation for adult autism in Panama (Fundacion Soy Capaz), and did pay on May 3rd for a Pro account, we were charged but never given access to unlimited time for our classes with personas with the autism. All our chats, emails have been neglected and all we get read guides or answers for their robots. What a shame their service, when most needed, they may start to hire some real people, give jobs and as well ...

I cannot describe how unsatisfied I am at the moment!!!Once COVID started, I purchased 20 Zoom PRO accounts for my company. Then, I connected some of them into the groups. Then, I disconnected one PRO account from the group and suddenly it was downgraded automatically to the FREE account, with no billing history, with nothing. Like I never had a PRO account and like I have never made a payment for that account!! Now I cannot get an invoice for that account even money was taken for it, and ...

I hate zoom

Zoom must make me tired. Because sometimes I can't join the lives lesson. Sometines the live lesson is boring and mostly at the same time. So I hate zoom!

Zoom is evil!!!! Stay away!!!

I am the Executive Director of a grassroots-led coalition and we are working on our non-profit status. We have a limited budget. We can't get anyone in customer service nor get a refund. It has been 2 months. Zoom is evil! They are probably storing all your information in a NSA data center.I doubt we will get a refund like the millions out there. We will however file a dispute with our bank.

False advertising

I just tried to sign up for a Business Plan advertised at $20/month. When I got to the actual subscription page, it suddenly jumped to $200/month (apparently $20/month is for a minimum of 10 users). So dishonest and unethical.
