Avoid zoom
Avoid zoom. Two months and still taking my monthly money for a pro account they have never provided. I have submitted many online tickets . Made calls and all anwering service without ever get back to you to resolve the issue. Gone to cisco..who are great.

Don't count on them to support their product
Let me count the ways. Their upgrade ruined our account. 1. They no longer talk to Otter (yes, I changed all the setting they told me to)2. They have very limited cloud recording, which I need since my boss uses this for 5-8 meetings a day3. When I do download the recording, there is no longer any way to delete it - the option is gone on my account 4. Their customer service is horrible. a. Absolute Worst Customer Service - Use Google Hangouts instead!
I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have sent over five emails to billing support and have tried calling three times over the course of two weeks. I have left messages with the answering service as no Zoom member ever seems to be available. I have yet to receive an answer to any of my questions. Worst Customer Service.
They have the worst customer service. I canceled my subscription and they charged me anyway. When I try to get the billing department it keeps telling me it doesn’t understand my input for my account number. If you get any other customer service area they tell you they can’t help you at all. I got an email asking why I canceled and I’ve sent multiple emails back with no response. It’s been a couple weeks now and I’m still trying to get them to refund the charge. HORRIBLE SERVICE & SUPPORT
We can not see, hear, chat or doing anything at all with our paid zoom account. The support service is only for business accounts. Is 14£ per month not money and won't get support directly? I have searched every on the online support resource but found nothing at all. Switch to Teams, everyone!

OVER COMPLICATED
This is quite a good v/c platform with good facilities and with the upgraded security on Pro people cannot crash your meeting any longer. However, the instructions are massively over-complicated and the interface with Apple products is not that great. It has not really been well thought through for the user who does not want to spend a lot of time learning how to set up meetings and use all the add ons. However, these are no doubt useful for some.

Unreliable as crap!Technical hassle repeatedly, all the way; on my i-phone app as well on my laptop! Thumbs Down!
