Worst customer service ever!!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. I upgraded my account three months ago and they charged me for the upgrade but never provided me with the service. I have since been charged for three months of a service I have not received. I’ve left 4 voicemails with their less than helpful answering service (each time about a 40-60 minute hold) which promises each time they will get the message to Zoom to have them call me. If I could give them negative ten stars I would.We are a medical practice doing using zoom during the pandemic.From day one we have been plagued by technical issues.We have made over 100 requests for technical support to contact us and we are simply ignored. That is until comes time for monthly billing and someone does their job and charges us. Worst service I think I have ever…
Worst service I think I have ever received (or not received) - especially from a digital company.Have been continued to be charged hundreds of dollars every month for a service I asked to be cancelled 10 weeks ago (which couldn't be cancelled online - so backwards), with ZERO response from emails or support tickets. The chat support is useless, and so is their phone support - instructing to leave a support ticket or email. If they weren't so "big" I would be yelling scam right about now...

I wish I could give Zoom zero stars, I get it since this all went down several months ago the need for Zoom has increase 10 fold, but we are still a customer and a large customer, but the amount of work I need to do to get answers in adding licenses, questions on billing issues and a screw up on their part is absolutely DRAINING!!! Zoom is by far the WORST supplier I have ever ever had to deal with. It doesn't take days to get a response, it takes WEEKS, and most times, the response doesn't ...

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, costumer services it doesn’t exist, I try many times to talk to a REAL person, each time I gave my contact info and never happened. Signing up for the tutorial was truly a nightmare, I signed up for a 6 am tutorial and shortly after 10:30 am tutorial that never happened. And later receiving messages from COSTUMER SERVICES asking for my feedback that obviously no one read it. I’m wandering if were send by a real person…

I have been waiting since May 7th for…
I have been waiting since May 7th for the Billing Department to refund the $400 I was charged for webinars. Although I was promised a billing rep would call me to take care of the transaction it never happened. I am now on hold and will probably talk to an another answering service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Zero support when there's a problem with their system
Fault with cloud recordings meant that I was unable to access them. Customer service is terrible.
Their customer service is terrible. I was charged for the month that I didn't sign up for. I called many times, but the only billing person I can get through is answering service. I left a message three times for a refund and emailed several times to the billing department, but never got a reply so far (a week). One time I was able to get a sales customer service, but when transferred to billing, they hung up on me. I don't even know if there is a billing customer service. They may have ...

Bad service after the sale
Like the product, the service not so much. We sent a customer service inquiry on 4/11 and have followed up repeatedly. No response. So if you plan on using Zoom, you better be able to self serve. Will explore other options.
