I am in the same boat as many of the other reviewers. Poor customer service, with a failure to respond, a failure to address the issue that I am having. Multiple calls, listening to obnoxious piano music as I wait for yet another Answering Service Representative. Account information and details are taken down and no follow-up is done.They willingly take your annual Pro subscription payment, yet move your service to Basic. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I too have had NO customer service. I called last Friday (it’s now Tuesday) because their website would not complete my transaction to upgrade my new ZOOM account to the Pro package. I tried 3 times, same problem. When I called the customer service number, I got an answering service who said someone would get back to me. I was trying to pay their annual fee. Good product, abysmal customer service
I have a paid account with Zoom and for over two weeks have tried through multiple attempts to get an issue resolved on my account through email, by calling, through their messaging bot, and all to no avail. No one responds to email. I have been on hold multiple times and then when the call finally goes through to ring an agent, no one picks up. Absolute abysmal customer service!

Not good at all.
To be honest with you Zoom is very poor. Not because of the facility itself in terms of the meetings you can have and record but because of the customer support system, which basically doesn't exist.I rang multiple times regarding an issue I had converting a recorded meeting for later use. The telephone staff where entirely limited in what they knew and could offer as help. They are real chinese cheaters living in usa, they billed me $350 and before that ive told them to cancel my billing as there is no option to cancel my account or billing myself in admin panelIve submitted 3 tickets with them, emailed sales person , billing , support but no revertDont buy from them.. they ll rip u off

Deserves 0 stars. On May 1, 2020, I paid for a year's upgrade subscription on my Zoom account. I never received the upgrade. Since May 8, I have phoned SIX - that's SIX - times to speak to someone in the billing department. Each call was answered by their answering service representative. Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. I have sent numerous e-mails to which I have had not one personal response. I thought I was taking a one month trial. But was charged a whole years subscription. I only wanted a means of doing a video quiz with friends!! And during lockdown I could ill afford the money they took. I asked for a refund and closed my account. Doesn't Work & No Replies To Any Support Tickets
Unless you pay for a high tier of subscription and gain access to the "premium support" you're on your own.The only good thing Zoom can do is marketing. The product doesn't deliver even in the most basic ways if it works at all.Wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Funnily enough when you ask them questions about signing up and what plan you'll need they couldn't answer quick enough.

Emails never answered
DEAR ALL,I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE LEVEL OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE..I ASKED SOME SPECIFIC QUESTIONS THAT WERE NEVER ANSWERED. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS SINCE I AM ASKING THE SAME QUESTION AND INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A CREAR ANSWER, I KEEP RECEIVING GENERAL RESPONSES.I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO EXPRESS MY HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT IN OTHER WAYS.THANK YOU
