This platform has been a lifesaver…

This platform has been a lifesaver during confinement and I have found it incredibly user-friendly and more fun to use than other systems similar to it. I do not have a premium account, so I cannot comment on its premium functions, but as a basic user, I've been satisfied. Sometimes the application crashes on my laptop when I switch the sound from bluetooth to laptop speakers, but it's a small price to pay and I don't actually know if it's Zoom having the problem or my laptop. Zoom has been great for small meetings

Zoom has been great for small meetings. But beware if you pay for extra features! Zoom will take your money, but the upgrade is not automatic. There are extra steps they do not tell you about - even though they happily took the money.

No Customer Service and No Refund

I was misinformed and thought I needed to sign up for pro in order to conduct the zoom meeting that was upcoming. I paid for the service and found a link 20 minutes later on Zoom that explained that I did not have to purchase a pro account. 21 minutes after purchasing Pro, I cancelled it and contacted Zoom for a refund. Several phones calls to an answering service with no call backs, no responses to emails and a month later with no word on my refund for a service that I am not using.

Great product with bad customer care

I love the product, but have had terrible experience with very nice customer service people. Nothing happens, although they are very polite and kind. No problems have been resolved, and we have paid two months for the upgraded version but still being cut off at 40 minutes and it says the basic plan. No follow up that is helpful from customer service. Waiting (now for 30 minutes!) on our 5th contact/call now to cancel and hopefully get a refund!

Annual pro subscription reverted to basic after a few weeks

Like many, I have found that my annual pro subscription has been changed back to basic after a few weeks. Also like many, I have found Zoom customer service is appalling. Unfortunately it's a good product. I just wished that Zoom cared about their customers.

This is the worst online service I have…

This is the worst online service I have ever tried.I started using it because of COVID-19, and then our company upgraded to the largest package. I wanted to facilitate online dialogues via Facebook Live, which worked in the beginning, but then it just fell a part. Now the basic service does not work at all. It is unpredictable and not logical. I don't know if I can even set up meetings now.And then the support is not working, its a total scam.

Zoom Phone service replaced our Business Phone System

We just started with Zoom Phones when we got our state Stay at Home order in March. It's been a great replacement for our prior system. The cost savings is huge - we went from $800 per month to $300 per month for the same services. I have had no problem getting support when I needed it. Great service.

Service not updated after purchase

I bought an annual subscription to Zoom Pro a month ago but am still on the Basic (free) service. Because of this meetings I have scheduled are being cut off after 40 minutes. Have tried calling Support but they will only deal with business accounts and have emailed Billing with no response. They take your money and then fail to provide the service.
