One of the worst customer service ever.
One of the worst customer service ever.I been struggling to reach out to customer care from a few days and couldn't found any reply from their side. Such a worse service. Please don't use this app at all. Won't be recommended.

Terrible service never ordering again…
Terrible service never ordering again left me and my children waiting 2 hours only to find out they had cancelled my order and they didn’t tell me it’s only when I’d phoned I found this out

Pathetic customer support
Pathetic customer support. Zoom charged me extra on my subscription. I've raised ticket# 6079967 and now ticket #6183874. I haven't yet heard back from zoom despite me continuously trying to get in touch with them for the past 1 week.

very disappointed
I was very disappointed with what happened on a group chat with my family and friends. The chat was hacked with someone swearing and performing a life act. My seven year old granddaughter was in the chat at the time. Everyone got off right away and I told them all to delete it so our phones won't get hacked which it might be too late. Take my advice don't use this site especially with children.

¡PÉSIMO! He pagado dos meses eon el plan PRO y llevo más de dos semanas que mi cuenta está con BASIC, en ese tiempo han vuelto A COBRAR la versión PRO. A los 30 minutos sale aviso de que quedan 10 minutos y mi imagen de cara a mis clientes ha sido patética. Llevo dos semanas escribiendo correos electrónicos y responde que sigue a la espera(¡dos semanas!) , he contactado por chat online y dicen que llame al teléfono de U.S.A., llamo y tampoco me pasan a una persona para solucionarlo. Zoom sends wrong reminders for changed or cancelled meetings
When you change or cancel a meeting, Zoom will still send out a reminder to everyone for the meeting anyway, so this is the worst possible failure. The support phone numbers are fake, you will never talk to anyone.

Good service with strange interface
Interface isn't native and easy to navigate, but quality of connection is good. The one thing I don't understand - why there's 45 mins restrictions for some chat rooms..."

If I could use minus stars I would
If I could use minus stars I would. Have been sending email after email to customer services for over two months. All I get every single time is a generic email saying ticket raised but their busy. Two MONTHS!!! A big company like this. Soon took my money, now I get nothing in return. I am really frustrated at being treated so abysmally.Advice to avoid if you can, you'll get no customer care.
