Worst customer service in the industry!

Customer service used to be good, but now it has turned into a joke. Major fail. I have been receiving automated responses to requests for customer service that are over two months old. As they capitalize on the pandemic, this is a great example of corporate greed at the expense of anything that resembles decent service.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I still have an open ticket from the 28th of March. Once a month I get an email apologising for the delay in response but the is it. An absolute joke.

Another company with fustrating paid…

Another company with fustrating paid plans, where there is a minimum number of hosts of 10 for the business plan. I have 3 people and would like the business plan features but this isn't possible, I'd have to get a minimun of 10 host licenses. Why is this practise still a thing? Even with 3 staff you'd still be making £4 more per host anyway, so what's the problem? Pathetic limitations.

It's been over 3 weeks since Zoom…

It's been over 3 weeks since Zoom charged my credit card, but failed to provide the purchased service. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered except for the periodic computer-generated message that tells me my open ticket is still in the cue and will be addressed by the next available person. If only there was another option. Either you are lucky and your order goes through or you wait and wait and then need to dispute the charge with the credit card company. My advice is to.charge ...

SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY $$

I paid for the Pro version to test it out. Zoom advertises that you can cancel at any time. After a couple months, I decided that I did not need the Pro plan and the Free plan would suffice. So, I went to my Zoom Account and canceled the Pro Subscription. They IMMEDIATELY charged my credit card for an additional month and told me to enjoy the balance of the subscription. A complete lack of support services

A complete lack of support services. Probably OK if you use it all the time and learn all the tricks but can be very difficult for the occasional user and they DONOT offer any customer supporty

No chromebook virtual backround and glitches.

I want to add a virtual backround to show what pictures because I'm on a chromebook so I can't show what pictures I want to share and also my friends sometimes glitch. I usauly use google Hangouts which is a little better because you can't kick people off for no reason!!! You need to update some things for chromebook 0S because I can't annotate and I needed to for camp.
