Dosn't work and no servoice & I am a PAYING customer
I am a PAYING customer, dur to Covid 19, had to go virtual. The idea of customer service is a virtual concept to ZOOM, they don't care to answer you. Worst Customer Service..
During the current Covid-19 Zoom was a good option in the beginning for video calls, where other products were either failing or not able to support the bandwidth. However later on there are plethora of problems caused by using Zoom:1. Invoice: I live in UK so I should pay my invoice which should include 20% VAT. Fraudulent!!!!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I upgraded my account to "pro" seeing as I have a memorial service to plan for and needed longer than the 40 minute time frame that the free one offers. Once I upgraded and my card was charged, my account still remained "basic" I didn't receive any emails confirming my purchase or upgrade but my card was charged. I reached out to customer service and was on hold for over 30 minutes just for a rep to answer my call and tell me that they'll call me ...

Good features but zero technical support
There are many good features. However, my desktop Mac kept crashing on Zoom, for example six times while I was trying to give a 2-hour class. I spoke repeatedly with Apple tech support and my local tech support without a solution. Sent a message to Zoom requesting help. Never got an answer. Finally found out on the internet that the built-in video cameras on many macs are incompatible with Zoom, and that I needed to get an external camera, which fixed the problem. NEVER Upgrade Your Zoom Account
Similar to many complainants, as a "Pro" level customer, I have tried numerous times to speak to a 'live' rep on the phone to cancel a "large group meeting" add-on feature that I've been paying for, THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN ADD TO THE ACCOUNT as promised which resulted in who knows how many potentially paying clients from registering/participating in our various virtual events... and then they've been unreachable for the past 4 weeks, sending email support ticket 'responses' that completely ...

Non-existent technical or customer…
Non-existent technical or customer support. I attempted to downgrade my plan from one to two logins as we've had a change in staffing lately, and was completely unable to do so without calling a number, waiting on hold for 45 minutes, and having them TAKE A MESSAGE for someone to contact me. Incredibly sub-par "service" and will be looking to another solution for our three companies.

They need to answer customer support. You call the number and the system hangs up on you before you can get to a live person.

Horrible customer service!
It takes more than half an hour to get through via phone, and when finally coming through, it is just a receptionist taking the phone and noting your enquiry. I have been struggleing with getting an answer for the last 3 months on an open enquiry, and every time I call, they just note my call and promise someone will call me back ASAP.Subscription cancelled!
