They take your money but then don't provide the service!
I don't usually complain but I purchase an upgrade to pro but my account still is basic. Billing does not answer the phone (I did get connected to an answering service after 40 min. and they took my message, marked it as urgent. Now it is 4 days later and I still have not heard back.) Poor Service
I accidentally purchased a years subscription - (its a bullet point option with default set to a year that i didn't see), as soon as I realised (10min after) I notified Zoom Support. I tried to call, and its automated and you get nowhere. 2 months later I am still yet to speak to someone. My help desk tickets were acknowledged by an automated service - nothing else. Zoom.us are fraudsters as they charged…
Zoom.us are fraudsters as they charged me twice for the pro plan and I have not received the updated services even for a single day. Disgusting customer service, never cared for customers as I have been in contact with the billing team from a month. They are making stupid excuses of Covid 19 for the poor customer service.They deserve 0 stars.

I'm shocked
I'm shocked. No customer service to speak of as a new paying customer having upgraded to PRO on 6/19/20. I had Pro features for a day, then a week later found it had reverted to BASIC. I cannot believe I am a 2nd class citizen after paying! BASIC reverted across the board: Android app, web app, Mac app. The rep replied only once saying I should clear my browser cache and restart. Zero Cancellation Policy
Was unable to fully test feature we wanted to without subscribing however after subscribing, there is NO CANCELLATION POLICY. Couldn't believe it, stuck with a full year subscription of something we wont be using. Very disappointed

There is a high number of dropped calls
There is a high number of dropped or distorted calls. We have all new and high powered systems at home including a new computer yet it drops and muddles calls. We are using the free app for just one to one meetings.

Zoom has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I generally really like the software and have been pushing my university to use their services over Microsoft Teams. Worst idea ever. I call them and ALWAYS get sent to an overfill answering service. They promise someone will call me back and no one ever does.
