This is about poor security and pathetic customer service
This is about security and customer service, not performance of the product. My Zoom annual subscription account password was changed without my involvement in April and I called as soon as I discovered it to inquire, and cancel my account. There is no security department you can talk to, (yes, I've also filed all options to report problems online with Zoom too) and the customer service choices are only billing, tech support, and sales. You snooze, you loose.
Think about it ZOOM, no customer support is not going to be tolerated forever. A lot of users will flush you when they'll get the chance as we did with Skype, Hangout etc. Customers don't forget so fast. You're quick to respond when it comes to new accounts but then, you drop the ball hard.

No response to customer service request
I submitted a simple customer service request and deleted it after not receiving any response from their customer support team for 10-days. I sent four follow up emails requesting a response on the same ticket and they were all ignored.

Dubbele facturatie, geen customer service
Tweemaal gefactureerd geweest voor dezelfde periode, al 2 maanden aan het wachten op een antwoord van de klantenservice. Ondertussen wel al 7 mails gekregen met de vraag of m'n ticket nog van toepassing is en of ik het niet wil sluiten.

Zero Stars, Horrible Support and Response
If I could select zero stars I would. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a response to my inquiry about billing. I have sent several messages and nothing. If it was my choice I would never use this service. We will be looking into a different service once our agreement expires.

DO NOT PAY
I am a paid subscriber, and getting an answer after submitting a request for support is impossible!!!! I have been waiting since JUNE 9th for a response, and all I receive are emails apologizing for the delay in responding. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

Worst support ever!
I recently upgraded to pro and wanted to merge two accounts together. I followed their instructions they didn't work. I opened a ticket almost a month ago, the ticket was "elevated" to High priority twice and I haven't heard a word from support other than an email about 18 days ago that said my ticket is still in queue for the next available billing agent. It's not a problem finding help when you want pay to upgrade your account, you hear crickets when it comes time get support for your account.

They take your money £150 / month…
They take your money £150 / month (business plan) promising dedicated support and you get zero! It is now July and I still await a response from March, April, may and June. Contact the account handler Joe Weiss they say but no reply from Joe despite dozens of emails. System operates well overall but SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Dont like to review but very frustrated with ongoing issue without reply.

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE. I'm NOT impressed. A few months ago I signed up for the PRO version, but specified the wrong thing by mistake and paid for a year at $200 instead of monthly. Confusing/misleading web page. I immediately contacted customer support, got an email saying they would contact me.....3 months later not a peep. Not the first company that has disappointed me in the last while....SUCKS!!!!
