If I could give a lower rating I would
If I could give a lower rating I would. I've been trying to fix a issue for months. Finally they respond back with uninstall and reinstall advice and close the ticket without even confirming whether it worked and of-course it did not work.

NOT THIS COMPANY If you believe in good customer service
Although the program may be good, their customer services is the worst I have ever seen. I have been trying to communicate since March via email, phone etc. and there is no call back. They have an answering service that can only take a message. Now they have misbilled me and while I am trying to fix with them, they deactivated my account...even though they are not answering my plea to fix the payment situation! Greg Freed is a great recruiter! Zoom is fortunate to have him!
I enjoyed my interaction with the Zoom recruiter Mr Greg Freed. I did not get the Manager of Customer Success role that I had applied for, however, I did sincerely enjoy being considered for the opportunity. Greg was very professional and courteous. He is an excellent recruiter!

I can't say that Zoom is a good tool
I can't say that Zoom is a good tool. It's more like the best since there's no good alternative. It was always off on work calls and there was a lot of noise. Often everyone on the call had to turn off the video and leave only audio.

No customer service, NONE.ZERO. ZILCH
They will give you no customer support. They clearly do not have even the minimal staff to support the amount of inquiries they are getting. Any question that is even slightly esoteric will never, ever be addressed. If you can avoid paying for their service then do. I had to cancel a job because of them. It's just awful trying to reach anyone even in email with a paid account.

Appalling customer service!
Whilst I enjoy the platform, their administration and customer service is truly shocking! I have been completely unable to contact them and all I wanted to do was give them some money!! I get repeat emails demanding money even though I've paid, for example. Trying to get into my account and from time to time being locked out for no reason. I used Zoom once for my daughter’s…
I used Zoom once for my daughter’s wedding shower. I have been trying to cancel zoom for three months and have been getting no response. I keep emailing them and get a response that due to the pandemic the responses are taking longer. I called and finally spoke to someone today. This person told me to go ahead and email again. This is insane as I have been emailing for three months. I would never recommend using zoom to anyone!
