Zoom, I am very disappointed, I got several complaints to my university about changing passwords and not letting students in, is there something that zoom is doing without my consent. This has made teaching very difficult for me and I think I should be the first one notified if there are changing being made. thanks Dr Baker

This should be zero stars..
If I could leave a lower rating, I would- solely based on their customer service and billing teams. The account managers ignore emails to cancel auto-renewing of subscriptions, and keep trying to lock you into successive 12-month terms every time you add a user/license count. It's a giant hassle working with their sales and billing teams. -customer service sucks was just on hold for 10 minutes didn't even get to talk to a real person- charges you upgraded plan without actually upgrading your account -doesn't respond to your email request- hard to set up meetings

Terrible Customer Support - not worth their Zoom product anymore no matter how good it is.
I’m sad to say that while the product is of superior quality, the customer service is the complete opposite.As a result, I find myself switching to less effective tools. While things like Skype, Google Meet, Facebook Video Messaging, etc., may not be as superb as zoom, at least the companies care and get back to you within reason. I have an ongoing thing that’s been left unresolved for 4 months now despite my constant effort to reach out to them to get the issues resolved.Very unhappy with ...

Worst Customer Service and Complete Lack of Professionalism Ever.
Zoom services went down over a month and a half ago the day I had a scheduled webinar that had attendees with over a months worth of preparation, time, and money invested. I have tried to contact them with ZERO luck and ZERO response, with the same lame automatic email generated response they have sent me 9 times now. Stop replacing things
I get it, updates are important – BUT, so is consistency.I work as a customer care employee for meetings, and I HAVE to know where things are, to guide participants.To join a meeting, you have to check-uncheck, click, not-click, and do this in the right order. Our customers are not native English speakers, and your services are not available in their native language.So, next time you want to tweak something, PLEASE LEAVE THINGS WHERE THEY WERE. Thank you.

Terrible customer service
I have contacted Zoom support center 6 weeks ago now as I got over charged twice! They still haven't got back to me yet. I have sent follow up emails a few times since then and still no response! I find this really disturbing and not completely lost trust to Zoom.

not bad, but really clunky
