Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service becasue there is NONE! They DO NOT return calls. I even tried cancelling my subscription and opened a new account to try to change billing info and now it won't even take credit card info. Guess they don't need anymore sales! Find another platform if you have an option.

Its over rated because of covid

Its over rated and hyped up because of covid 19. The truth is you can do the same things with messenger and whatsapp, for free and by keeping a diary. Simples.

Been charged twice for the pro licence…

Been charged twice for the pro licence via PayPal opened a customer service log over THREE MONTHS AGO and just get a standard your in the que email weekly tried to call the uk numbers get out on hold for ages then just hang upFinally sussed how to cancel the payments via PayPal but know I won’t get a refund. Awful service, a company that’s taken advantage of people need to stay in touch during lockdown. Stolen £90 + of my money !

Astonishingly bad customer support - could not design a worse system

Astonishingly bad customer support for such a very simple request. This must be the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Zoom owes me 8+ hours of time back for something that should be a self-serve button in admin panel.I tried to cancel a service over a week before my company's renewal date, the bill would have been in excess of $1,000. Don't spend a dime on Zoom

I pay to use Zoom Pro in order to get a good support. I opened a ticket last week (#6877110) and still no answer. Don't be fool and don't spend a dime expecting to get support: they really don't care of you. When opening the ticket, Zoom asks for a level of priority but even if I checked "hight priority" it doesn't make nay difference.

I upgraded to pro 3 days ago- Zoom claimed the payment my bank informed me. But my plan still shows as Free Basic. Why are they asking for new subscriptions if they cannot handle the load!

If I could I would rate it zero. I have been double charged for months, been writing to them for months, calling for months and NO ONE has gotten back to me while they continued to charge me twice. This is a racket.

Beware of the Security Failures and Terrible Customer Service of Zoom

We have now terminated our Zoom paid Pro Account after being "Zoom Bombed" twice on May 14, 2020. We escalated the details as an Executive Complaint, as the event was password protected and we used the meeting room and all security features. Stay away from ZOOM if you want service from the sales, billing or customer service department!

I am the admin who was using the service for free for small non-profit. I have had an issue with MY login since March. Worst customer experience

I have been waiting on an answer to a billing query for 3 weeks with no response. I have no ability to cancel my subscription from within my account other than by 'contacting sales' who then farm me off to an unresponsive billing team meaning I am about to be auto renewed for a subscription I do not want and can't do anything about it. Absolutely shocking customer experience.
