Fraudulent company with no customer service
I was charged for a year's Pro plan on 21 April, cancelled my plan after a month in May. Has sent multiple support requests, calls, webchaf etc for a refund - no reply as of 31 July 2020. I was charged over £140 for the subscription (which fair enough I initially signed up for a year, but I had the consumer right to cancel and a refund per contract).I am a doctor, and I was using Zoom to teach medical students and facilitate department meetings. Call quality terrible but wait till you call customer service!
Call quality over phone is terrible, but wait till you have to call customer service or billing! The contact form on the website won't take your phone number, you call in, wait on hold for ever, then you just get a customer service person that takes your information to "get back with you" later. Good luck trying to cancel!

Could have more plans
I like Zoom, I find it a great tool. However, it would be great if they could add a new plan, that would be cheaper that Pro plan. Pro plan is a bit too much for me, I just need more time for conferences. But Pro plan is pricey if I want just this.

Rubbish online tutorials and no help
I just put in a request to Zoom for help because nothing in their tutorials matches what I see on my screen and I did say what platform etc I was on. I got an instant reply saying they were unable to respond! Then they said 'We encourage you to leverage our online resources' What sort of language is that?'Leverage'???? That is not even a verb. And I had already tried their rubbish online resources, which did not help, hence the reason I was asking for help. Absolute rubbish.

Unresponsive support
Unresponsive support. I set my support to highest priority yet, I haven't heard from them for the past 24 hours.My concern was very urgent but they never... never attend to it!

I am shocked by the lack of customer…
I am shocked by the lack of customer service from what appears to be a very well used organisation. I sent an urgent request as I am unable to promote an event as I cannot remove a previous delegates email address from the registration fields. So disappointed. Anyone recommend any other platforms?They talk about helping out during Covid and have had anything but help. It is up to the user to search for the answer which when not technically minded is a very time consuming process

Like a mosquito NOOM sucks you dry!
This company does LITTLE to help you lose weight..they wrote a program.then the charge you over and over again.even when they know you haven't used it at all...At this time people have NO play money but this company tips you off and continues as long as they can..I did noon for a 6 day trial .that cost me 130 plus dollars..then 6 months later they tried again..they know when you stop..but continue to suck you dry!!! Never again!

Worst videomeeting provider without service
Been charged tree times for the pro licence via creditcard. Opened a customer service log over FOUR MONTHS AGO and just get a standard your in the que email weekly Havent succeeded in closing my account and stopping the billíng yet. Now I plan to close my creditcard to stop further billing.Awful service, a company that’s taken advantage of people need to stay in touch Stolen $60 of my money !

No support for free users
There is absolutely no way to contact customer support as a free consumer user. I'm a student and I keep getting error 1132, and they're absolutely doing nothing to fix this. On their website and their pathetic chat bot, no where does it explains what error 1132 means! I can't use their app on my phone, and I'm just so infuriated and angry at the lack of customer support. Why in the hell do I need to pay for Pro to get customer support? This app is the worst!
