BEWARE: G2 said they would pay $10 for this review, but they didn't.
What do you like best? The meeting settings are very easy to use and customizable. What do you dislike? Passcodes will be enforced (as of 7/19/20), and I wish there was still a way to turn these off globally for the account. Worst customer support ever!
We have a business account with Zoom, which does not include an Enterprise Account rep. So we're forced to use their help desk to get answers to even basic questions. We've only submitted two tickets since the pandemic began. The first one took 2 months to get an answer (with occasional canned emails blaming COVID for the delay), and the second one is still waiting for an answer after 2 months. Since June I have been billed for two…
Since June I have been billed for two hosts $27.15. I have one host cost $15.83. I called and in June held on for over 30 minutes to have to leave a message. As of today 08/05/20 no one has returned my call. I have sent numerous emails only to get impersonal replies not addressing my account. On today August 5, my account was charged another $27.15 incorrectly. My first and probably last review..
Our company's story is similar to others listed... We paid for the highest pro-plan with all the bells and whistles. When there were security breaches in Zoom, we were forced to use a different platform. When I tried to cancel our plan, the ability to do so had been internally "disconnected" by Zoom (but ONLY for the highest priced plans.) I have a paid account-ZOOM PRO
I have a paid account-ZOOM PRO. Well, someone from ZOOM changed it to BASIC(which is unpaid) and now I cannot get them to change. Zoom took the monies but not responding to emails. The phone calls go to someone who takes messages and sends me a bot email which has no relevance to what I need.One star is generous. No one runs a business like this.

Not really sure what to make of this…
Not really sure what to make of this company anymore. Missing basic support while on a fairly expensive business plan, requesting a cancellation and getting charged 2 days later telling me they'll cancel after the renewal term. I smelled something like this coming my way so I have already downgraded the service to the absolute minimum it allows me to. The salesperson we worked with consistently got the contract wrong, putting the wrong people and licenses on the contract after being corrected repeatedly. Our annual license was ending so we called in to renew and add more licenses for the next year. They added license on for the REMAINDER (15 days) of the annual period, then our subscription ended, and we lost discounts we had on our account.
