Zoom - A Necessary Tool for Our Current Normal

What do you like best? Zoom has an easy sign-in feature and connectivity is a breeze. What do you dislike? There could be a friendlier WYSWIG user interface but it's only a superficial dislike; it's functionality is not affected. Recommendations to others considering the product: Recommended for ease of use. As a best practice, remember to adjust your display name prior to signing into meetings you are not host of as some hosts do not allow editing once you have entered. ...

I used the free plan for a while and…

I used the free plan for a while and thought it was going fine. We then upgraded to the pro plans and that was when all the problems started... I will spare you the details. Just browse through the feedback left by others on this thread and you will know why. Despite the horrible experience we were not able to get a refund after numerous back and forths with support. We have since moved to Skype for business and have no regrets ... So far.

Very handy in the current situation

What do you like best? The ease of use with Zoom is great. you don't need to go through setting up calls/servers etc, just make a room and send a link to colleagues. This is still secure as you can set a password for the room and easily invite only the people you need. What do you dislike? I think the ability to change backgrounds etc is not needed in the software, although lots of people on social media like it, it can be very distracting when trying to have a serious meeting and ...
