Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. Decent, security could use some improvement

What do you like best? I like the features that some other video conferencing sites dont have. There are polls and other features and I like the overall functionality of Zoom. What do you dislike? I wish the security of Zoom could be improved to prevent unwanted users joining. Sometimes the app will crash. I also wish that Zoom gave more options to users who are a co-host in a meeting call. Co-hosts are not allowed to host polls and I wish other features were available for ...

I don’t like using Zoom but it’s the best and easiest integrated conferencing software available.

What do you like best? I like that it integrates with things I use like Calendly and google calendar. What do you dislike? It looks bad. Has a horrible user interface. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definitely advocate for making zoom a part of your organization's resources. The fancy backgrounds are a bonus- the real benefit is the consistency, good audio, and it doesn't slow down your computer. What problems are you solving with the ...

The simplest and most robust video conferencing service I have ever tried

What do you like best? The best part of Zoom is that it is very easy and practical to install and use, with just a few clicks, everything is ready and I can start a new videoconference. It is not even necessary to register on the platform. In addition, it is still possible to transfer files, share screens, control microphones, have a note board and create recordings of presentations or meetings. What do you dislike? I love the convenience of allowing participants to join meetings: ...
