Fulfilled a need during uncertain times
What do you like best? Zoom has allowed us to stay connected with our clients, volunteers, and staff during such hard times. Because of social distancing guidelines, we are no longer able to meet in person as we usually would, so we turned to Zoom to get us through. The ease of use is just amazing. Whomever the audience may be, they are able to just click on a link and meet virtually and get things done. What do you dislike? The only dislike that popped into my mind is that only ...

Great Function; UX/UI Needs Work
What do you like best? Zoom quality is very very good. They must have a gazillions servers out there shoving pixels and sound bytes at maximum velocity. What do you dislike? The UI/UX reflects the "add it on" nature of an evolving product. Too many windows, some overlap, and others don't always show up. Zoom needs to have a single unified interface that allows users to popup or expand certain windows (Chat, Meeting, Shared Screen, Dashboard, etc). The main interface should also ...

Zoom review
What do you like best? In zoom, persons can share the screen with the others which helps to understand the concept of the presenter, and also others can share the doubts by using it. Also, we can use the remote control to describe our thoughts and can correct the mistakes. What do you dislike? There is a marker on the screen in which persons can annoy the view by touching and drawing on the screen. If we have the control to find the people or to give them permission to access the ...
