What do you like best? It is very easy to create meetings as well as share the meeting details. What do you dislike? It would be nice if you could have more than one host. Free and simple video connection.

What do you like best? It's Free! You can pay for a premium version but why? It was easy to set up and implement. What do you dislike? I have found nothing that is a con yet. It's simple to use. Poor Customer Service.... Regardless of Covid

Been a paying customer for many years, well before Covid hit. Have multiple paid accounts for the company so you'd think some sort of loyalty would be noticed. Opened a support ticket 6 weeks ago and still am yet to receive a response. Airlines were responding faster than that when all this first hit! Not impressed and the loyalty is not going to continue. Any suggestions for a better product? ;-)

It was one of important keys to manage the business while COVID19

What do you like best? It was one of the most successful tools while managing all types of business while COVID19, its very powerful and the streaming is very stable What do you dislike? At some point the session need to be more longer than 40 minutes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The online education was using Zoom and it was one of the pillars to continue the education year for most of the students

Practically nonexistent support

I payed for a Zoom Pro account, which after slightly more than one month of usage I wasn't able to login anymore (since the Google login into Zoom was broken). Until that point I was happy with the product. Then I tried to contact the customer support, which needed 7 (!!!) weeks of waiting time for the first nongeneric response. On its website Zoom promises response for urgent requests within 1h. At the end, the Zoom customer support could only close my account and reimbursed only part of ...
