One star is far too generous
One star is far too generous. I have called them many and multiple times and as per everyone else here. I was on hold forever only to be sent to an answering service and to never receive a call back. I have been waiting for 6 weeks and counting. They have no concept of customer service and don't give a crap about their clients big or small.

Zoom review
What do you like best? The tiled view of everyone at once. Web link to open is easy too. What do you dislike? When a host leaves the meeting, everyone gets disconnected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A fast solution that everyone can see each other in one window.

I use to be a fan of Zoom
I use to be a fan of Zoom. I'm still a big fan of their technology but their customer support has been non existent since at least May 20, 2020. Good for meetings on the go and at home/office
What do you like best? Ease of accessibility from everywhere. And available for free. What do you dislike? It seems like it was blocked in Oman and other gulf countries. Recommendations to others considering the product: Recommended for use while meetings and trainings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Meetings , trainings and remove support.

It's one of the top application to connect virtually
What do you like best? It's so easy and it doesn't even require to download any application or anything. It is one of the best video call software. What do you dislike? In order to see other people You have to swipe because in one screen You can only see 5-6 people at a time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom took my money and did not deliver
I've been using Zoom for years and I recently paid to upgrade to the webinar license for up to 500 people. It upgraded to only 100 and I have submitted 5 emails to the company, called several times and been hung up on, and no one has responded. I have a webinar scheduled in 2 days and am waiting for the license to apply to my account as I already have 175 people registered. This is so disappointing. Easy to use and simple software.
What do you like best? Anyone who wants to join a meeting do not require to download the app in order to join the meeting. One can simply connect through browser.The interface is simple and easy to use for a novice user too. What do you dislike? Overall it was a great experience but sometimes the audio and video quality is not stable. Exceptional App
What do you like best? Zoom has been a great asset bringing our team together for planning and training meeting. Adding a third-party presenter to the mix is seamless as they share their screen with the organization. What do you dislike? When in presenter mode you can not see the chat requiring a third party to monitor any question or comments that come via the chat.
