Nonexistent support

Nonexistent support. I am a Zoom Pro account holder that has prepaid for 3 hosts on an annual basis. I submitted a High Priority ticket to Support two weeks ago and haven't heard back from them once! Needless to say I'm very disappointed and concerned since I just renewed my account for an additional year.

Easy to use interface

What do you like best? Friendly to use. Quick meeting assembly. What do you dislike? Free version is limited to only 3 users. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider investing in the Business plan since its affordable and it expands your abilities to collaborate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote interaction and meetings made simple in a time of social distancing.

Zoom is great for group meetings

What do you like best? Zoom is great for team meetings with several users. It is very easy to use and great to keep meetings going with the team. Zoom keeps us in-touch and communication among the team with video-conferences are quite clear. You can share meeting links with members, approve/disapprove entry to keep meetings private, and set-meeting times. What do you like best? It's easy to use for newbies and free for meetings of 10 or less attendees What do you dislike? I've read there are some security issues but I believe they have been addressed by Zoom Recommendations to others considering the product: take it for a free test run What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The best feature about zoom is its screen sharing and screen control. What do you dislike? Sometimes we face certain glitches while controlling someone's screen but that not a big issue. What do you like best? Being able to create your own backgrounds, annotation is simple, screen share and control is also very effortless. It integrates well with Outlook for simple meeting creation, and the Zoom dashboard has all the admin features you could need. Good service despite the bad media

What do you like best? The video quality is excellent, 2 screen support and ease of use. What do you dislike? Still a bit leery due to press this year on poor security practices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Daily staff meetings, allows us (around 30 in the group) to gather for daily meetings with a smooth experience compared to other solutions.
