Works seamlessly
What do you like best? Easy to navigate for inexperienced tech users What do you dislike? Sometimes the video quality is poor and hangs. Zoom is the BOMB!
What do you like best? ease of us, it is so easy to navagate it makes using it a pleasure What do you dislike? Can't think of anything other than some people cant figure out where to sit / stand in fromt of a camera. Consistent user with great experience
What do you like best? Quick launching speed. As someone who used to use WebEx, Zoom is way more user friendly and 21st century enabled. What do you dislike? Sometimes difficult to locate what you need to do (like breakout rooms). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recording meetings is super helpful

Main use for our business conferencing
What do you like best? Ease of use, able to hold large zoom conferencing, ease of buttons and able to mute and unmute, screen sharing. What do you dislike? I dislike nothing, works as expected.
