Helpful, easy to use, intuitive
What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of use for this video conferencing. There are many layers (just video chatting with an individual or a huge group or you can switch over for a webinar approach) which means it should fit the needs of your business. What do you dislike? Could be an internet issue, but the potential lag means some conversations are a bit awkward. I also think the free version of Zoom's time should be extended to be more than 40 minutes (but I appreciate ...

Great product
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to use. I also like the backgrounds - they help when working from home so that you can obscure where you're working, such as the kitchen or a bedroom. What do you dislike? The only think I can think of is that it does consume a large amount of bandwith, especially the video portion. Sometimes people have to drop the video and use audio-only due to their internet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Zoom university
What do you like best? Zoom has became a staple in university courses due to the pandemic. It offers users the abilities to communicate with one another. What do you dislike? I think they changed this, but prior you had to pay for video chat with multiple people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No technical problems really, but I enjoyed the fact that you could schedule a call with a link via email, etc.
