What do you like best? Easy access to gaining links for conferences What do you dislike? Privacy and safety can be at risk especially when being used by children or other vulnerable populations. Terrible support

I am 100% sure Zoom payed for positive reviews.from a basic end user perspective *and mainly because they were free for basic uses - they are okay.For any thing past that, it is complete trash.Inconsistent, and support in entirely unresponsive.there is an automated recurring email asking to close your ticket if it has been solved before any support has even reached out. What do you like best? I really like that you can see in one screen many people that are connect in the meeting and is free to use. What do you dislike? Maybe when are many people connected is difficult to talk or understand but the tool is good for virtual class. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The distance and time to attend to class because now I only have to connect in time to my meeting through my computer.
