Absolutely amazing service

What do you like best? The ease of setting up meetings both professionally and personally. When i large groups, the gallery view is perfect in order to see all participants and i just love that i am able to record the meeting and i have a choice of audio only or video and audio. Awesome Collaboration Product

What do you like best? I think Zoom does an amazing job at connecting individuals that are separated. Especially during the craziness of Covid. What do you dislike? I don’t particularly like the user interface for zoom. I think it could be cleaner and more professional looking. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure the links are live before the call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Social distancing.

What do you like best? Simplicity. Zoom makes getting a meeting together very easy for everyone involved. What do you dislike? I don't think there's anything to dislike about the platform. They make things easy and intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Webinars. Having the live aspect, along with the q&a on the side, is brilliant. One person presenting and another fielding questions makes life great for everyone.

Would give 0 if possible. No customer service. No response to billing problem. These people are thieves of the worst order. Do NOT buy a plan from them, you will be sorry if an error occurs, and it probably will.

Easy to access and use

What do you like best? The best feature about the app is the complete anonymity of the call from the outside world. Another great aspect to this product is the ability to host 100 people in one call. What do you like best? Zoom allows us to do meeting at very less data plan. it also gives option to record the meeting , which we can watch later. very good app especially for professional work.
