Reliable and Integrated

What do you like best? Zoom is reliable and I like how it connects with my calendars. What do you dislike? I can't think of much. I wish some of the additional options were available at lower pricepoints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to collaborate internally and with our customers.

Zoom - quarantine saver

What do you like best? The good thing with zoom meetings is that participants can join conversations for free without having to pay for anything. Very easy to use and has cool features like , custom backgrounds, screen sharing , giving other participants admin options and ETC. Many companies use the Zoom for online seminars and training. Great App and Great Quality

What do you like best? Zoom can be used for both personal and professional usage. We use it in our Corporate environment and we can have more than 50 participants to join at a time which is great when there is a massive townhall meeting What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the convenience of holding meetings, the quality of the image and sound, as well as screen sharing. What do you dislike? less than 40 minutes for non-pro accounts. Zoom is everywhere, and with good reason!

What do you like best? I like how Zoom integrates with ScheduleOnce so that the conference call is created as soon as the client schedules their call because it saves me an extra step. I also like the screen sharing options and ability to live stream to Facebook. What do you dislike? I wish the Zoom app wouldn't open in the background on my desktop every time I join a meeting. What do you like best? Zoom is great for meetings of any type! It allows the meeting members to participate in a easy way. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zoom is super easy to use especially for first timers. Just download it, create an account and you're good to go to connect with others. Zoom is very helpful especially with today's new normal set up where every conference or classes are being done virtually. What do you dislike? The video quality sometimes is pixelized. What do you like best? It is really useful to be able to create breakout rooms for managing larger video conferences What do you dislike? The chat feature is impossible to manage, all chat messages occur in one location making impossible to hold multiple simultaneous conversations What problems are you solving with the product?
