This is a nightmare

It glitches out, stops working and it's "features" are so basic. Zoom is a nightmare. It's so hard to use and it takes 5-10 minutes to login.

Would give a 0 if possible

Would give a 0 if possible. Trying to speak with someone there about a unique question is literally impossible. After dozen of attempts to ask a question I can't get through to thier inept AI assistant that I need to speak to a human. I was very, very patient trying my question in different ways, reading every article they suggested, but I need a person and they don't exist at Zoom. the gold standard for remote meetings

What do you like best? It's easy to use and works when I need it to. I like they they continue coming out with features to try to improve remote engagement in a time where it's hard to feel connected to other teams over video calls. What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike about Zoom. I think whenever a meeting drops for me it's usually network issues, not Zoom itself. All in all, I'm happy with zoom. Super easy to use, perfect for business meetings!

What do you like best? It has a simple layout and is easy to know how to change personal settings, or host settings without any confusion. It has a clear picture on both ends and doesn't appear to have any lag. What do you dislike? The time limit for a meeting if it is for personal use. What do you like best? I love the ability to present to all viewers and also chat with one person or the whole team. What do you dislike? Time limitation if not subscribed can sometimes be frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are having better group meetings.
