What do you like best? The ability to video recording calls and polls feature. What do you dislike? Ability to not adapt to low bandwidth internet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? During covid, zoom was instrumental in accomodating the classes and meetings virtually.

What do you like best? The ease of access for people to access. Its simple unlike the other conferencing apps that are available on the market right now. It also , to a certain extent provides lag free, high resolution video during your video calls. What do you dislike? Awesome Experience Handling Meetings with Huge number of participants

What do you like best? The feature to share computer sounds only with static images makes it look good and subtle during beaks in meeting with soft music in the background. Also the seamless optimize for video stream mode while screens are works awesome, none of the other tools shares video screen playbacks as seamless as zoom. What do you dislike? They stole thousands from me

They stole thousands from my account and have not contacted me. It's a scam.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer and love their solution. But they billed me 10 months in advance, then canceled my account, and have not replied to my requests after 2 weeks.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. we are a paid client with a business account and still can not get service or questions answered. I have been on the phone with them hours this week to just get passed to another person working at home that cant help.Looking for another service

Never use Zoom

It's laggy, it has low-quality video and sound, the UI is annoying, and is overall terrible.

Zoom accessed data on my computer August 2020

Joined a Zoom meeting 27 August 2020 and a photo I had not taken appeared in my Apple photo library. (Picture of a woman holding as tray of cakes!). I called Apple and they traced it to Zoom. It was a JPEG with creation date stamp at time of meeting, but no meta data which implied this was not taken on a camera or phone. I was warned that Zoom can access data on my Mac. I am aware that Zoom has had problems but I was assured that they have been resolved. Will never use again.

Marche quand ca veut bien!

Marche quand ca veut bien.Aucun service client...donc quand ca fonctionne normalement pourquoi pas mais on sait tous que il y a forcément des problèmes de temps à autre.Quand ca marche pas c'est un calvaire !
