Simple, Reliable, and Easy to Use
What do you like best? It's pretty straightforward and simple to use. It's also ubiquitous which makes the learning curve pretty low, and therefore has less user issues when trying to connect with others. What do you dislike? The video quality isn't always the best. Excellent platform, with serious drawbacks for musicians
What do you like best? It's relatively easy to set up, regulate, and guide group meetings using Zoom What do you dislike? Audio quality is seriously deficient for use in transmitting musical material. Of course, audio latency makes simultaneous music-making impossible - - that's not Zoom's fault, but Zoom also doesn't have any option of transmission of stereo content, and the quality of any musical audio is far below acceptable standard that would enable discussion of musical ...

It's enough for a small team
What do you like best? It delivers and very popular. Interruptions are rare. What do you dislike? Concerns about privacy and it's not very wasy to use sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Small group zoom. It can take up to a 100 participants and we we can talk as much as we like. It's the favourite for my team

Very easy to get connected
What do you like best? Zoom app is awesome, we can admit many users and do video chat What do you dislike? There is nothing much to dislike in Zoom. Recommendations to others considering the product: wonderful tool to use video conference What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good platform short amount of time.
What do you like best? I like that you can customize backgrounds for your meeting. What do you dislike? I do not like the limit on the amount of time you have for a meeting. I am sure it is not limited in the paid version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to be able to connect with people out side of the country.

What do you like best? easy and fast video call, multiple people at once What do you dislike? the web client doesn't show all participants at the same time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? zoom allows us to make easy and fast video call for multiple people at the same time. Great tool for screensharing too.

What do you like best? Easy navigation and ease to schedule the meeting and share invite What do you dislike? Do not have any major concern but as per some reports security can be an issue... Great experience - very intuitive
What do you like best? Very intuitive - easy to schedule meetings and share links. Video quality is good. What do you dislike? Should be able to setup recurring meeting. So if someone else sets up recurring meetings, and I want to add it to my zoom account, I can't do that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best in app for virtual Meetings
What do you like best? Flawless connectivity for anyone for a limited period of time. What do you dislike? When we have more people and lengthy meeting is required than zoom has to be taken as a paid service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Critical business meeting along with important virtual interviews can be conducted using Zoom.
