Good tool for office meetings

What do you like best? Interface is quite user friendly. Mutiple user display is better than other such tools What do you dislike? Sometimes, it is a bit slow on mobile andriod app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Group discussions and immediate correpondence with anyone in the office with well pre- scheduled meetings

Smooth Experience

What do you like best? It allows people to use it without having to create an account What do you dislike? I sometimes have a bug, where if I join the call before host has started it, it continues to show me "waiting for host..." later on even after host starts the meeting. Extremely rude, dismissive support.

The gentleman that helped me today was awful. It felt and sounded dismissive intentionally from his tone and words. He went silent on me, while I was waiting for him to respond and when I waited and asked if he was there he was annoyed.He kept insinuating that I knew what the issue was from our end and wouldn't go the effort to be patient, expalin and help. The aforementioned clunky numeric login process. Understandably in these complicated times security is paramount.
