Amazing Platform with everything an Organization needs

What do you like best? Zoom is consistently performant, even over a VPN and with tens of users. What do you dislike? The UX feels a little bit dated and clunky. There is no way to simply minimize Zoom into the task bar in windows for example. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
