What do you like best? Features that are easy to find and use. Has tools like Annotations etc, that we need to run a meeting. Good integrations with Outlook, Slack and other 3rd party products. Amazing Platform with everything an Organization needs

What do you like best? Zoom is consistently performant, even over a VPN and with tens of users. What do you dislike? The UX feels a little bit dated and clunky. There is no way to simply minimize Zoom into the task bar in windows for example. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All business and post-secondary education is performed with Zoom. It has gone from neat platform to essential service.

What do you like best? Zoom helps students, teachers and colleagues to communicate effectively during the Coronavirus pandemic.
