Zoom has been a great help during the remote work period.

What do you like best? Zoom is easy to use, navigate and connect with others when you can't be there in person. What do you dislike? Sometimes the audio cuts in and out too much. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to collaborate easily and work together from remote locations. The video option is great to be able to clearly see others' facial expressions and it's always great to see and hear the others.

Poor customer support

What do you like best? Nothing great. Video always lags for us. What do you dislike? We had an issue during our webinar. We contacted their support team. Their support team didn't bother to help us and they were rude and not bothered to help us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted to conduct an online class with zoom. We could conduct the classes online.
