What do you like best? Zoom is very easy to use and one can use it to conduct online meetings What do you dislike? I have heard that Zoom is easy to hack into but I have not experienced this myself. Best Platform for Screen-Sharing and Team-Building

User friendly and Productive
What do you like best? Its user friendly and very easy to setup. The connections are stable and also the screen sharing options are great What do you dislike? It does show a track of all the calls and it’s duration. Recommendations to others considering the product: Add a feature to track the history with a particular contact What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working from home was made much easier during the pandemic

Ease of use compare to other platform
What do you like best? Very super user friendly even my 6 years old son knows how to use it. GUI not complicated and option buttons are easy to find and most importantly it is free! What do you dislike? Security is still one of my concern. Ironically due to the easy of using, kids are vulnerable to leak their personal information when it is not being supervised by adults.
