What do you like best? The security updates as needed, and the video/sound sharing is great! Also the Active Directory integration, recording download, and auto-compiled transcript. Worst Customer Service

Had an issue with breakout rooms failing and reached out for support. It took about 3-4 weeks to get a response. The response: a directive to a Zoom article online, that I had already reviewed. Robots would be better and cost-effective if this is the model Zoom prefers. One of the worst support teams ever! Love the product, but they really need to revamp customer service.

What do you like best? I used to do my calls with Hangouts / Google Meets since ages. Zoom replaced it due to COVID-19 pandemics.
