What do you like best? Everything is good including voice call, screen share, video call, conference call, white board to draw something. What do you dislike? Privacy/Data sharing. I have listen that data are not secure at zoom. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use zoom for better meeting and ease of use What problems are you solving with the product? Good tool for business on the go

What do you like best? It works great when I’m Mobile and need to get in a quick video conference from my phone. It’s easy to use and not overly complicated for my team and clients. What do you like best? Zoom has allowed us to connect with our students in real time and with simplicity. The ease of use for both host and participants has made it an invaluable tool for us as our organisation grows. Features such a screen sharing, group chat, and breakout rooms are all excellent additions to the software that lifts it's level of usability. I love the Zoom plugin for my Google calendar and also the ease of use, especially when customers need to screenshare What do you dislike? nothing that I can think of - Zoom makes my job so easy! Zoom - The saviour in these work from home days

What do you like best? The ability to connect or call almost anyone in this world. Provides integration with skype as well. What do you dislike? Some of the controls are not user friendly. For example if you hide the floating share bar during a meeting (on Mac OS), its very difficult to get it back unless you know the shortcut key or find the icon and then do it from that menu. Zoom was very amazing and has changed the way users conduct their meetings.

What do you like best? When you turn your video off it gives you a lot of confidence in speaking in meeting. What do you dislike? Application is a bit heavy. If it were a web based application like Google Meet, it would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My meetings are conducted efficiently. The meeting that were halted a long time ago due to pandemic now I am able conduct those meetings and take my business ahead.

Easy to use, especially during COVID times.

What do you like best? It is super easy to schedule meetings and have discussions with anyone. You can do with or without video, you can even join a meeting without audio if need be. It makes is so easy to have meetings with people now since we really can’t be in person due to COVID, without Zoom my work productivity would not be as high as it has been over these last 5-6 months.
