If you want the worst support ever

If you want the worst support ever. After 1h15mins I got cut off from the 4th person and put back in a queue. After 2 hours they fixed the issue with their billing platform. They offered no compensation but the standard "Sorry for the inconvenience".The Zoom service is itself is great. Just expect nothing what so ever from the support or sales staff.

Their customer service is (literally)…

Their customer service is (literally) the worst I have ever experienced. I have waited weeks for a response to a query. Every week, I receive an automated email saying I am in a queue and that someone will respond as soon as possible. It's been 5 weeks now. Truly truly awful. If you can find an alternative service, I would.

No customer service whatsoever

No customer service whatsoever. I paid for an account under one email address. My team paid under another email address. I have no problem that I paid twice as it was our error. The first account has run out and they have made BOTH accounts now basic. No response from their customer service to remedy.

I've paid for an annual subscription of the Zoom Pro, but my account's been put back to basic, even though I've paid until March 2021.I've been trying to get some customer support, with absolutely no luck whatsoever, which is having a detrimental impact on my business, which is all online due to Covid restrictions. Stable Connection and Clear Picture

What do you like best? I love that I can see everyone in the meeting at once, but focus on the speaker when I need to. It's easy to set up a meeting and the connection is usually very stable with clear pictures. What do you dislike?
