Zoom customer service is lacking quality customer care.
I called Zoom customer service on 09/30/20 at 10:39am I talked with the switchboard. I explained I'm a musician and trying to set up a meeting, I'm scheduled to perform for one hour. But I only get 45 minutes for the basic plan. Since I'm over 15 minutes I'm forced to purchase the $14.99 a month plan. But I may not be schedule for this gig again for another 6 months or a year. Not everything that glitters is gold.
Their website and product are far from intuitive. Something as simple as adding a webinar takes a series of clicks the sequence of which you wouldn't know unless you looked it up ahead of time. Their customer service is lacking. My company has tried to correct a contract "error" committed by one of its salespeople, and we have gone months now without a resolution. EH, its okay (that's putting it nicely)
Zoom is great. At least, nearly everything is. However, on my Chromebook (Lenovo 300e 2nd Gen AST Model 82CE), the virtual background feature is not available. This is VERY annoying, as I use Zoom daily. I will make this review 5 stars when the virtual background option is available on the Chromebook. Allowing only a green screen won't cut it. I talked with other Chromebook users, and they agree that this isn't just my device's problem. This is happening to EVERYONE else with a Chromebook. ...

One of the Best Online Learning Platform
It allows users to add virtual backgrounds for meetings. Everyone can share their screens with other users with the host's permission. We can Lock the meeting to avoid other users to enter the meeting. We can Record the meeting without using third-party software.Chatting options should be improved by adding functionality for sharing different types of files.

Zoom lacks consistency
I opened up Zoom, logged in early and told the meeting had not yet started, so I turned off my phone.When I tried to resume Zoom I had to log in all over again, but this time my phone ocular identification, which I haven't used in years.I tried over and over again to log in, even using the direct line suggested by the conference host only to receive an error code.The final result was that I missed participating in a very important conference.

Zoom is unsupported in the UK
Zoom is unsupported in the UKexcept for a chatbot with the IQ of an antI installed Zoom on my desktop, checked the audio input and output which it says is working fine but when I get a meeting I cannot hear them and they cannot hear me and no amount of checking can resolvethe chatbot works on the principle that you the customer is an idiot and if it does not work it is your fault - the only tel number is in USA and expensive

I was on in the customer support queue…
I was on in the customer support queue for almost an hour from '126' position, to 25. Then the 'conversation ended' wheile I was still waiting! That is terrible service. Unacceptable.

Connection problems
Connection problems, connection problems, connection problems. It's not my internet connection. I have NO PROBLEM with WebEx. Zoom is terrible and unreliable.

If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen it to rate my recent experience. I am having the same issue with Paid Pro account but Basic still showing. I can not get any helpful response. I have spent 7 hours trying to get this straightened out. Had long phone convo with rep to no avail, no help. Perhaps it was the roosters crowing in the background on the call with this barnyard CSR that distracted her from being any help. The worst, most frustrating, unprofessional organization I have ...
