Zoom Tech Support Is Horrible
Zoom is a horrible company. I have a paid account and apparently am not eligible for phone support. There were > 100 people in front of me to chat with a live tech support rep. I expect basic things like seeing my upcoming meetings and scheduling a meeting to work! And then the tech support person, Mafe P, just hang up on me!

Zoom is the worst
Zoom is TOO laggy. And voices gets feedbacks. The chat is the worse. Okay. . .Let me tell you this. . .Ada---- she hates your words! I told her: "I hate Zoom!"but she said she didn't understand my words! She's faking, you know? She's a baby! She doesn't understand my words! She knows, but hates to answer!

Zoom just another internet thief.
If you aren't a large company Zoom "sucks". There is no customer service. You cannot get help from the Zoom scum. In my case the link given to me for a webinar does not work. Without customer service I am just "screwed". Of course the Zoom scum does NOT care. When you see Zoom be afraid be very afraid !!!

It's really embarrassing me
I embarrass myself every single day on online school because I accidentally press the space button and it unmutes me you guys should change that on zoom because I'm literally crying every time I do that and I'm a really shy person so please change it.

Worst customer service ever
My wife is hosting a summit online using Zoom. I have been trying to help her. She has been paying about $200 monthly fee for about 4 months, but every time she calls for support they tell her that she needs to have a business account even though she pays monthly more than what a business account costs. Zoom meeting is such a bad device
Zoom meeting is such a bad device. My camera and volume wont work. Don't use it and I wish zoom is cancel for NOW!!!!!! We are not play games in online school. Don't be stupid teacher. One time teacher give ZERO POINT FOR NOT FOLLOWING ZOOM DIRCTION. CANCEL ZOOM OR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chat support people ignore your chat?!
When the chat support people can't or won't resolve your issue they just fall silent until the chat times out automatically and then you're back to square one. As a paying customer I expect actual support to be available.

Impenetrable, impossible Customer service.
Unbelievable!! They have taken my money and I cannot use their product or get in touch with ANY customer service. It shows my account as Basic, which it isn’t, and this means your Customer Service request is ‘Closed’ and when you phone, you are told, after waiting for 5 mins,,that your plan does not allow you access!! This is madness! It is an impenetrable system. There is no way of getting any help. In the words of a friend..’’What the actual...’’
