Appalling customer service, when something goes wrong with the product they simply escalate and don’t get back to you. Terrible second line support. Would not recommend.

From the UK. Their lack of customer service stinks. I tried using the Xoom top up your PAYG Vodafone from the PayPal app...the payment went into limbo. They could not process it or refund it. As a deaf near-blind user I need all the help I can get. Buried in their response was a 12 digit top up code...with a lengthy telephone conversation with a Vodafone person I was able to process the payment. Zoom "customer service" stinks - you can't even say they have customer service - they have a chat bot that can't answer any questions or offer any help. This company has the worst support.

I would say that this is OK

I would say that this is OK, but I do not reccomond this for like a live event, or a long business meeting since it kicks people out ALOT. There are lots of issues, and I had taken a language class in Sanskrit, and almost every class is missed due to "zoom issues". Now I am not sure if they were really having zoom issues, but usually in meetings I see that people have low network quality, and they strangely get unmuted without there voluntary action. Support takes forever, and doesn't understand you.

Support takes forever - that's fine because of the number of people using zoom now. The problem is that the support staff FAILS to understand the problem and comes back weeks later with a solution to a different problem. By then, I've either figured out a workaround myself or just given up and adapted to live with issue.

Awesome

I use this for school, and it's getting me high grades. The participants tab is saving me from having to raise my sore arm too. Zoom is a very easy-to-use app/website, and I recommend using it if you want a free simple communication platform.

Good!

Thanks to this solution, we can easily get together with coworkers and discuss any issues remotely from home. The app works perfectly and I believe this is the best conference calling platform. Well done, guys!

Zoom support is an absolute joke

Zoom support is an absolute joke. If they don't know the answer, they just hang up or end the chat.I am a paying customer and they are worthless.

Not sure what all the negative feedback…

Not sure what all the negative feedback is about.... I've been using Zoom as a free tier member and I don't have anything to complain about. It is a better alternative to Skype, that's for sure.
