Zoom is a Gamechanger
What do you like best? I've been struggling with many video services before I found Zoom. I like that I can do everything in one place from recording video and storing it to inviting as many people as I like to the room. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes time to launch the desktop version, but it may be my PC issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication with people from all around the world.

Simple & Powerful Video Call application
What do you like best? Zoom has a very simple design with all the option to create, schedule meeting etc. at the home screen. There is an option to change the background of the video which works very good under approx all the condition. I have tested it on the minimum speed of 2.5 Mbps and video call worked smoothly There is an option to react and/or raise a hand in a meeting. The application is available on every platform. Group video calling made easier
What do you like best? Zoom allows a large group of people to do video conferencing at the same time. The feature to message along side video calling is great. It's Zoom Time
What do you like best? Can manage who gets in and who doesn't (waiting room). What do you dislike? Time limit if you don't pay for the paid plan. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With physical distancing meetings with clients must be done virtually. Zoom works well with that.

Support and Customer Services total absent
I used Zoom from some years, before with free account, then with pro (under license).Also I have phone services.Software and services works fine, but it's impossible to contact them.For Covid impact, I start to rebuild my company and I need to stop the phone service I paid monthly.Unfortunately they lock this option from my account and I need to contact them. They deserve less than one star...worst support EVER
My password was reset and now I can't log on. No human to help, I have followed their protocol to enter my email address to "send a new link" 16 times...not ONCE did I receive a link. Not in my spam, not in my inbox, not in junk. Not ONCE. So, in hopes that I would find a human, I called sales...as soon as I said "I'm calling you because I need support and no human works in support" she hung up.

Bad service didn’t receive goods
Order a dvd paid the extra delivery costs but still not received after 4 days been told 1 to 2 days phoned customer service and a guy was totally useless please go to another company if you want your goods

AWFUL
AWFUL. When I called customer support the woman on the phone literally told me that I wouldn't be able to get help from anyone unless I had the premium service plan (minimum 10 accounts). They do have a chat feature, but it takes forever to get a real person on the line and then if you close or refresh any zoom page open then it disconnects you from the chat and you have to go back to the bot to start all over.
