What do you like best? Zoom is very light and works great on a connection with low bandwidth. It also works smoothly if attendees are more than 50 on the platform. What do you dislike? The user interface is not very professional, Microsoft teams has a better UI. Their 40mins free feature is good for trials but might decrease the acceptance for people who wish to use it for longer durations specially in organisations. What do you like best? I use zoom for my business meetings and it’s flawless. It’s quick to access and easy to use. Even for a new user it’s super friendly . What do you dislike? Nothing to be disliked as it has got all the requirements including security. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All my business meetings are done with it and the unlimited access for minimum amount is great.

What do you like best? Video Quality is of premium quality. I don't find such quality on any other platform. Also the voice quality is good. What do you like best? Program is easy to use. Tutorials are really helpful. Paid plans have almost no restrictions. You have weekly, monthly reoccurring events.
