What do you like best about Zoom? Ease of conferencing. For teams working remotely, life without Zoom would be much more challenging. I use the recorded meetings all the time to either write minutes or watch a meeting I could not attend (x2 speed is very time efficient)

What do you like best about Zoom? It allows you to see everyone and have a panel or all participation. It enables the eye to eye contact we loss during COVID. It allows for shared screens and help to all.

Support is not good, but the product itself is great
Subscription UX is terrible, no customer support pretty much, but product-wise it's the best out there. Best on the market: Video quality Background noise removal Custom background features

What do you like best about Zoom? Zoom works the best compared to all other products I've used because they are constantly working to make it better. It is so intuitive to use. I use it at work, for meeting people online, and even doctor appointments.
