What do you like best about Zoom? Easy to start instant meetings. More controls as a host which comes handy whenever there is a larger audience. Whiteboard options give freedom to narrate thoughts. All the added functions such as scheduling meetings helps to maintain a proper decorum.

What do you like best about Zoom? Has a very good free tier, economical, and is easy to get started with. Setting up meetings and webinars is very easy and the interface is intuitive. Offers live streaming to social media which can be useful in increasing reach. Webinars can be made available on-demand with a single click. The customer service is super responsive.
