I brought a Lifetime home cloud in 2019…

I brought a Lifetime home cloud in 2019 April, and the service is terminated on September 2020 with short notice. That is a total scam, and very dishonest business practice, I will give 0 star if I can.

Great SCAM

Bought a lifetime plan in 2018 and just when i managed to upload all the data i wanted in the cloud, they gave me an email to tell me that my account will be terminated and all my data erased. One more thing! No refund. SCAM!

Scammers, convince to buy a lifetime plan and cancel it later.

Purchased the lifetime plan just because it was cheap and never used more than 5% of storage.. They suddenly cancelled the plan saying that it is not feasible to operate... If it is not feasible then why to sell them first? If they really care, they should have at least decrease the storage capacity like from 2TB(my plan) to 100GB or even 50GB without totally cancelling the accounts.

Bait and Switch From These Crooks

Simply bait and switch from this company. I bought a lifetime subscription a couple of years ago. I bought a 1TB account which wasn't cheap but as it was supposedly for a lifetime plan, understandable. I get an email the other day saying they are closing down their Sydney servers and I have 5 days to get my data and to get lost. However, the account has been suspended so I can't log in. It looks like my data has been deleted by these crooks. They charge a pretty penny for storage clearly ...

Complete scam

Complete scam. They don't respect their customers. They started selling lifetime plans awhile back. After a few months, they pushed ppl to pay the maintenance fee. Now they completely canceling the plans. Time to sue this company.

Scam

As already stated - complete scam. Lost lots of data when my "lifetime" plans were cancelled and deleted with next to no notice. Now they want to charge £150/year for 1TB online storage... unfortunately some will fall for it. Stay away, and NEVER trust them with any of your data.

Absolute scam, avoid!

Absolute scam, paid fair price for lifetime service for 1.5TB, after 2 years they’ve given me 5 days to remove my data for change to a paid yearly subscription. I’ve emailed they’re support team requesting more time to restore my data, I’m currently stuck internationally due to covid, therefore don’t have access to my pc and decent internet connection...there reply was ‘tough luck’! Scammers! What a joke!

Lifetime scam

Lifetime scam. Do not use Zoolz unless you don't mind being scammed.I would have accepted a bankruptcy of the company. This is not fair to the competition.

SCAMMERS - AVOID

I paid for a lifetime account. I have had 2 years of data. they now tell me that they are going to close my 'lifetime' account, as they want more money.lThis company is now offering a 90% discount on ongoing rates. How can I trust them, when I have already paid for my data to be backed up - for life.I have seen better scams from ' a rich relative in Nigeria'Do they sell my back ups too??Would any other reviewers be interested in exploring legal action?
