Unreliable service, predatory behaviour towards customers.

Company decided to unilaterally end "lifetime subscriptions" of cloud storage for all their home clients. No refunds for those who have been with them for more than a year, no viable options except paying (even) more money. Seems predatory behaviour for a company to unilaterally change the rules of an agreement and then trying to milk their customers for more money.On top of that, platform has been acting buggy while trying to recover my data/files before they delete them permanently. ne pourrait on pas engager des poursuites judiciaires contre les pratiques frauduleuses de cette entreprise ? En tout cas, il convient d'éviter tout achat chez des gens si peu scrupuleux.

Like everyone else... Bought a lifetime account, which they promptly revoked, forcing you to either start paying monthly or to have everything deleted. What a joke. I won't be surprised if they fold up shop and return with another name, ready to scam people again soon.Edit: they have another company already... Avoid Polar back, it is the same guy and the same scam!

Scam Company - data and account has been deleted

Like others, I bought a Lifetime account a couple of years ago but I found out they've cancelled our accounts and deleted our data. WHERE'S MY REFUND?Companies considering entrusting their data with Zoolz should stay away. Use something like Microsoft OneDrive who at least have some morals.

Scam! For that "company" a lifetime(!) subscription is for about 6 months.They are trying to blackmail you. Start pay monthly or data and account will be deleted.ILLEGAL practice in my country.

Lifetime Subscription and Account Data Gone

I bought a supposed Lifetime subscription a couple of years ago. Just the other day, I found I couldn't log in and that my account had been suspended. It turns out the company will be deleting our data and accounts and cancelling the Lifetime accounts. How do I get my data back and more importantly my money? They've simply withdrawn what we've paid for and should be reported to the regulator. This company is a scam and people should simply stay away.

Bought lifetime service from that provider. Provider just cancelled the service. Stay away!

My lifetime Zools Cloud Storage account was cancelled

I paid for "Zoolz Cloud Storage Lifetime of 1TB Instant Vault and 1TB of Cold Storage"only to have it cancelled 3 years later. I will never ever do business with this company again.
