This is the worst storage company in…

This is the worst storage company in the world. They scam and sell lifetime storage then in about a year pull the plug and erase everything and say your complaining when you confront them. Dont waste you money and make sure you know they have like 10 other names. all scammers.

Avoid

I’ve had a lifetime plan for quite a few years and never used it. I’ve just started with importing all my photos to the pc and thought this would be an ideal time to use it as a backup. Didn’t even get everything uploaded and they’ve suspended my account with no reason why.As yet no reply to emails as to why. I’d keep away from this company and use one that’s more reputable.

Scam Company

I lost a decade's worth of work because Zoolz disappeared and deleted it all without any more than an email. Now this scam company is trying to sell "lifetime storage" again (what I had purchased), and they are also scamming under the aliases of Polar and BigMind. If you know of anyone pursuing this company, please contact me, I need to sue them.

1TB/$35 Maintenance Fee Issue

OK guys, everybody is griping about the $35/1TB Plan and the msgs about maintenance plan. For now, I'm just ignoring the message.I never got a Account Cancel msg. My account did get locked, don't know why. I msg'ed support and they unlocked. I'm back in business. To my knowledge "No Data Loss", all working as advertised. I'm sticking with it. If anyone has more info, please post.

I bought a lifetime of cloud storage…

I bought a lifetime of cloud storage package(1TB) and then after a few years in 2020, they announced they are cancelling it as they are no longer able to "support" lifetime packages?. Avoid Zoolz and any other associated company. FTC or FCC should investigate them and class action lawsuit should be filed. I am sure many are impacted by the same issue. Not possible to give Negative star which they desire. They deleted my account and all 2TB backup that I had with their LIFETIME Home product. As per them they will not be able to continue Home Lifetime so they ask to takeout my data. NOW THOSE CHEATERS again offering HOME LIFETIME !!! I feel I am seriously FRAUDED

I have purchased a LIFETIME account. However, Zoolz stopped my service and destroyed all of my backups. I asked for a refund but the refused it. ZOOLZ and BIGMIND proved me for several times that not trustworthy at all.IMPORTANT NOTE:I realized that POLARBACKUP, ZOOLZ and BIGMIND is a same company.

A Lifetime Account that Does Not Last a Lifetime

I had a lifetime account. Imagine all the effort of transferring a lifetime of photos, videos and files. Then to be told the 'lifetime' promise would be broken and you only have 30 days to transfer all your data somewhere else. Unbelievable. This caused significant distress and inconvenience. This company has no integrity.

DON'T GIVE UP ON A REFUND

This company clearly had no intention of offering a genuine lifetime plan. Mine was cancelled after just over 2 years.But don't let them get away with it. I threatened them with court action unless they gave me a full refund! After several emails they finally did!!If you want to take them to county court to give them the CCJ they deserve, the company is GENIE9 LTD. You can start a court claim at MONEY CLAIM ONLINE But tell them of your intentions first by emailing their support email.
