People pay money to protect data I paid money to lose data
I had a life-time plan which I upgraded from a smaller plan. They sent an email and stopped replying. Phone numbers got disconnected. No reply from email. Total Scam. People pay money to protect data I paid money to lose data

Dishonest People! Never again!
Dishonest company . They will not stand by their word. They suspended my 'lifetime' account and now I cant even get the data back! Never ever do business with them

Awful company. Canceled lifetime membership after a couple years. customer service would not respond after I was critical. What an utter waste of money. Stay away from this company.

My lifetime Zools Cloud Storage account was cancelled
I paid for "Zoolz Cloud Storage Lifetime of 1TB Instant Vault and 1TB of Cold Storage"only to have it cancelled 3 years later. I will never ever do business with this company again.
