What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The initial setup wizard was smooth. Navigating the settings menus is straightforward and intuitive. The initial portal site for customer access is in place and ready, allowing for additional content customization. A clean layout that lends itself to putting the functions you need at the moment clearly in front of you.
